At CURVV Shop, we design intimate wear like sports bras and shapewear with hygiene, comfort, and fit in mind. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.
ARE RETURNS AVAILABLE?
Since CURVV products fall under intimate and personal wear, we do not accept returns due to hygiene reasons.
However, we do support size-based exchanges and replacements.
EXCHANGES & REPLACEMENTS
1. SIZE EXCHANGE
If your product doesn’t fit right, we’ve got you covered.

You can request a size exchange within 7 days of delivery

The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

Email us at support@curvvshop.com with your order ID and required size
2. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCT
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

Notify us within 7 days of delivery

Share clear images/videos for verification

We will process a free replacement
EXCHANGE PROCESS

A ₹100 exchange fee is applicable (one-way logistics cost)

This amount will be credited back to your CURVV wallet after product quality check

Refund timeline: 3–7 working days
Steps:

Raise exchange via email or portal

Pay exchange fee

Reverse pickup is arranged

Product reaches our warehouse

Replacement is shipped
IMPORTANT NOTES

If your pincode is non-serviceable for reverse pickup, you’ll need to ship the product to us

In such cases, the ₹100 fee will be refunded

If the requested size is out of stock, exchange will be processed once restocked

If the requested size is not part of our catalog, exchange cannot be completed
REFUNDS

CURVV products are non-returnable, so refunds are not applicable

In rare cases (like product unavailability), refunds will be issued as a store credit / discount code

Validity and usage details will be shared at the time of issuance
ORDER CANCELLATION
Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.
Our products are processed quickly and may involve international sourcing, so cancellations are not possible after confirmation.
